'A suit and a fitted on some draft day shxt'
Fabolous dropped his ‘Soul Tape’ mixtape. I love it! I love anything Fabolous actually. But I am a musical critic, meaning if it was truly, for lack of better term ‘womp’ I would not forget to say so. The mixtape has 14 tracks and I like every one of them. So far my favorites are ‘In the Morning’ and ‘Mo Brooklyn, Mo Harlem, Mo Southside’ featuring Vado, and Lloyd Banks. ‘Mo Brooklyn, Mo Harlem, Mo Southside’ is modeled after old track ‘Mo Money, Mo Murder, Mo Homicide’ by AZ and Nas. This same beat was also sampled by Dipset on the 'Real Niggas' track.
My husband & the track list.
What I think is the best part of this mixtape, are the beats! The beats just are #smoove son. Ryan Leslie I believe did the beat for ‘Look At Her’ featuring Ne-Yo and himself. This song is a part II to ‘You be Killin’em’. You
can tell it’s a Ryan Leslie ass beat though, that joint sound like 'Diamond Girl' on the low.
*BUT I don't know if it will have a buzz like TINC2.
From looking at my followers on Twitter I already seen some punch line tweets, even Facebook. Twitter profiles are going to start changing sooner or later whether people will change their biographical information or the whole twittername to go with the mixtape. Twitter names gon be '@MoSouthside'.
A tweet/status I have seen a couple times already is “If everybody’s a boss, then who’s really working?”. [Shoot, I tweeted it!]. One of the realist things I’ve ever heard. People so ready to say they run something, but yet do not put in the work, who’s really working?! Not you, cuz you boss right? #FOH
But listen to the track below....
Joint go hard don't it? But this my favorite for right now lol. And i love each one of dem on this track, each for reason separate from music making [=X]
But download the mixtape-- >>>SOUL Tape Download<<<
RUN & TELL DAT!
